Practical answers about this course and its topics.
Do the tools store my information?
No. The checklist and planner run in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to us, and you can print or save the result as a PDF.
Can I use the tender checklist to compare offers?
Yes. It has a column for each of up to three offers. Type each bidder’s name, tick each point an offer states clearly, then print the comparison or save it as a PDF.
Who should carry out the thorough examination of a lift?
A competent person, often from an insurer or an independent inspection body. HSE advises against the company that maintains the lift also examining it, because it would be assessing its own work.
