Send a repair request

From the moment you call

How a repair runs with us.

Five stages, every time. Triage, dispatch, on-site diagnosis, repair and verification, written handover.

  1. Fault report

Tell us what the lift is doing. Photos and asset numbers welcome via form, phone or WhatsApp.

  2. Engineer dispatched

Nearest qualified engineer moves with common parts on the van. Live ETA shared with the site contact.

  3. On site diagnosis

Engineer assesses the lift at the controller and on the car. Fault traced at root, not just reset.

  4. Repair and verify

Fix carried out, safety circuits tested. Most repairs leave us in one visit. Complex jobs get a clear parts and cost plan.

  5. Written report

Engineer notes, photos and parts list land in your Durant OS portal the same day. Audit ready.

Frequently asked

Lift repairs FAQ.

Quick answers on attendance, parts, safety and reporting.

How fast can you attend a breakdown?

Daytime callbacks confirmed in under 30 minutes on average. Engineers attend 24/7 across London and Kent, prioritised by passenger safety and building impact.

Do you carry common parts on the van?

Yes. Door operators, locks, photocell sets, contactor packs, brake parts, fuses and common controller boards travel with every engineer so most repairs leave us in a single visit.

Will my lift be safe to use after the repair?

Every repair ends with safety-circuit and operational checks. If a fault cannot be safely rectified on the visit, we isolate the lift, leave clear signage, and confirm the parts and timeline for return.

Do you cover hydraulic lifts as well as traction?

Yes. We repair hydraulic, traction, machine-room-less, goods and platform lifts. Hydraulic work includes valve block, pump unit and controller faults.

Can you service older controllers from Schindler, KONE, Orona and others?

Yes. We work across legacy and current controllers from every major manufacturer including Schindler, KONE, Orona, Otis, ThyssenKrupp, Mitsubishi and Stannah, plus controller specialists like Lester Controls and Thames Valley Controls.

Do you provide a written report I can show my insurer?

Every repair is documented with engineer notes, photos and a parts list in your Durant OS portal the same day. Reports are formatted for managing agents, insurers and LOLER auditors.
